Our Saag Mix brings together the best of winter — freshly harvested greens grown organically at Good Grown’d Farms. Each 500g pack includes about 200g each of palak (spinach) and sarson (mustard), with the remaining mix made up of chaulai (amaranthus) and tender methi, radish, or beetroot leaves, depending on what’s thriving at the farm that week.

You can even request your preferred mix — we’ll try to tailor it for you, just like your family farmer would.

Together, these greens cook down into a rich, hearty saag — full of flavour, nourishment, and that unmistakable taste of winter comfort. Pair it with makke ki roti, made from our own organically grown corn, and you’ve got yourself a classic — grown slow, cooked slow, and meant to be savoured. 🌿
