Refund policy

At Good Grown’d Farms, we put a lot of care into growing and preparing your food. Every jar, packet, or harvest that leaves our farm has been handled responsibly and with respect for the soil and seasons. Since our products are fresh, seasonal, and often prepared in small batches, we ask you to kindly read the following before placing your order.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping has been initiated by writing to us at contact@goodgrownd.in.
  • Once dispatch preparations begin, we are unable to cancel the order.
  • Refunds are only issued in the event of order cancellations made before shipping has been initiated. Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days to the original mode of payment.

Returns & Exchanges

  • As a farm, we cannot accept returns once a product has been delivered. Food items are perishable, and taking them back would compromise safety and hygiene.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos/videos, follow protocol as below.
  • Depending on stock, we will either send a replacement or issue you a store credit valid for 3 months.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please:
  • Notify us within 24 hours at contact@goodgrownd.in.
  • Share photos of:
    • The sealed package (before opening).
    • The damaged product(s).
    • Any visible external damage to the box.
  • For smoother resolution, we may also request a short video showing:
    • The sealed condition of the package on arrival.
    • The process of opening/unsealing.
    • A close-up of the damaged or missing items.
  • Retain the original packaging and damaged item(s) until the issue is resolved.

Without timely notification or sufficient proof, we may not be able to process replacements.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered in the rare case of a wrong item being delivered.
  • Requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging to be eligible.

Final Notes

  • Please order mindfully. Since we grow and prepare in small, seasonal batches, every order matters.
  • By completing a purchase with Good Grown’d Farms, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
  • Policies may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
