Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 7 business days (weekdays) for processing and dispatch. For Pre-Orders, processing begins from the date specified online, and timelines may be longer. Your order confirmation email will include the estimated dispatch date for any Pre-Ordered items.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the products and delivery location. Once dispatched, domestic delivery may take up to 7 business days. If there is any production-related delay, we will notify you right away.

We work only with trusted delivery partners known for their reliability. However, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control. In such cases, we sincerely apologise and appreciate your patience.

Risk of Loss & Liability
All orders are shipped on your behalf. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. We are not liable for any delays, damages, or loss of packages once an order has been dispatched. Any such issues must be taken up directly with the courier company.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (for example, an incorrect name, address, or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by Good Grown’d Farms for redelivery shall be borne by you.
